Literally INSANE flavour on this thing - it's identical to a fuzzy peach! I was blessed to try it a month before launch and I've been counting down the days for the launch. Even my bf keeps pressing me about when we can actually order this stuff. Not to mention the fact that it has all the essential supplements - this product is seriously my dream!

As someone who already takes glutamine, creatine, B vitamins, and fibre all separately as part of my regular wellness routine, I was so excited to read the details and ingredients of creatine +! Once mixed with water, this supplement is super refreshing and not extremely sweet. I love the delicious fresh peach flavour and the texture of the drink isn’t chalky like some powder based supplements can be sometimes. I’m really excited to add this supplement to my everyday routine and see what results it brings.

This is one of the best tasting creatines I’ve had. The peach flavour isn’t overly sweet which I LOVE. The ingredients are top notch and just CLEAN. You can tell a lot of thought and effort were placed in the product. I am always one to forget to take my creatine and putting it in the packets has made it so easy. The fact that it also has vitamin D is a game changer. It truly is an all in one product.

I’ve always been curious about creatine, so I was excited to try Creatine+ from Monday Supplements. First thing I noticed was that it actually tastes good and was really easy to drink. I took it on an empty stomach and it didn’t upset my stomach at all, which I’m usually sensitive to.

I felt really good and energized throughout the day after taking it. One unexpected thing I noticed was that my hair didn’t shed as much in the shower. I can’t say for sure it’s related, but it was the only thing I changed in my routine.
